The contact form uses Google Mail (Gmail) as a transmission service; incoming inquiries are automatically forwarded to the VDVS board. We use this data exclusively to respond to your request. It is not passed on to third parties outside the board. The legal basis is Art. 31 para. 1 FADP.
Data in the Membership Context
In the context of a membership or participation in events, we collect the following information:
• First and last name as well as function
• Company and address
• E-mail address and telephone number
• Payment and billing information
This data is required for fulfilling the membership contract and for organizing events.
